Online arbitrage → wholesale

Buy the gap.
Then own the supply.

BH North finds products priced wrong at retail and sells them where shoppers already are. Arbitrage pays for the learning. Wholesale is the business — invoices, repeats, fewer one-off carts.

Today

Online arbitrage

Retail is the supplier. The gap after fees is the product. If the gap dies on a reorder, it was never a business.

Next

Wholesale

Same categories. A brand or distributor invoice. A price you can buy again next month.

House rule

Under $3.00 or 25% ROI, we walk.

The model

What BH North actually does

01 · Hunt

Find the wrong price

Retail, clearance, mismatched packs. A product hits the sheet only if the sell price still works after referral fees, fulfillment, and a return buffer.

02 · Prove

Buy a test, not a fantasy

Small first order. If it sells clean — no complaint, no crash — reorder. If it doesn’t, stop. Arbitrage is data, not a personality.

03 · Graduate

Ask for the invoice

When a brand will sell direct, stop chasing carts. Buy on a purchase order. That is the handoff from arbitrage to wholesale.

The path

Arbitrage is the audition. Wholesale is the job.

  1. 01

    Sell-through

Arbitrage shows what moves and at what price. That history is the only pitch a brand should take seriously.

  2. 02

    Paper

Resale certificate, EIN, a clean seller account, and a one-page sheet of what you already move.

  3. 03

    The ask

Write with units sold, the price you can pay, and how you ship. Ask for a line sheet. Take the minimum even if it’s ugly.

  4. 04

    Standing orders

Once a purchase order lands and sells through, stop hunting that item at retail. Arbitrage stays on for new products. Wholesale carries the repeats.

Lanes

Where the buys live

Not everything with a coupon is a product. Pick a lane. The pass rule is the point.

Pass rule · Home

Pass on glass-heavy, oversized, or anything one bad review from a return spike.

The desk

Run a unit before you buy a case

Referral is the marketplace cut — 15% is a common default, not your category. Fulfillment is FBA or your ship cost, per unit. Returns, storage, and your time are not in this math.

Opening your sheet…

    For brands

If you make it, we want the invoice.

BH North is a reseller moving from online arbitrage into wholesale. We buy what already sells, at a price we can reorder. We are not looking for a coaching call.

    • Replenishable products with steady demand
    • A line sheet and a minimum a small account can clear
    • Categories we already move: home, kitchen, beauty, grocery, sports, pet

We don’t take restricted brands we can’t get approved for, listing games, or closeouts that can’t be reordered. Those stay in arbitrage or they don’t get bought.
